outside and play because i'm scared. >> joining me now, ronnian cal lick covering the story. ronnia with a welcome for anyone who did not see the complete testimony from the children and their father, how compelling was their story? how was it received on the hill? >> well, they traveled 7,000 miles to come and tell congress about the drone strike that killed their grandmother and only five members of congress attended. so but the five members of congress who did attend almost all apologized to the family for the strike. and testimony was heartbreaking. it was very moving, as well. it brought congressman alan grayson to tears as well as several other people in the room. and i think it's really important for really all americans to see this because this is the first time that drone strike victims have been able to directly address congress and the american public. and to actually put a face on the people who are being impacted by this program. >> ronnia, did you get any answers as to why only five of our elected officials were there for that testimony? >> well, congressman gray son s
